Lab Report Guidelines

Cover Page:

Include the Title, Name, Course, Due date

Content of Report:

Objective:  State in your own words what the objective of the experiment is. Two or three sentences should suffice.

Introduction:  Introduce the topic of the lab and its background.

Procedure: Describe the steps you take to accomplish this lab. Summarize the major parts of the procedure.

Problems:  Problems you encountered during the lab and  how you fixed them.

Results:  Results including the simulation waveforms, timing results, and its correctness. And you may explain the results, made comparison and discussion.

Conclusion:  Summarize your report.  Be clear and concise.

Appendices :  A copy of  your VHDL code or circuit diagrams.
